Return Policy
Terms for returning
- If the product is returned due to change of mind, we will charge 15% restocking fee.
- Certain types of products, including but not limited to oversized products, if is delivered and needed to send back to us, customer will have to pay for the freight charge if product is returned due to change of mind.
- All refund will be processed via Bank Transfer and usually takes 1 -2 business days.
